COHORT Approach

We take a different approach to professional and leadership development. Get smart people in a room, build mutual trust that speeds collaborative learning, then get out of their way as the change systems together.

Our communities of practice cohorts link committed leaders to one another to build trust, share resources and knowledge, and leverage their collective experience and expertise.

360 Accelerator’s experienced facilitators work with each cohort to drive and design a unique annual framework and organizational goals. Our passion is in coordinating, framing, listening, connecting, and facilitating meaningful conversations and experiences for leaders. We do this by creating:

  • Support Networks for Relationships A space where leaders build trust and meaningful connections with a small community of peers that accelerates individual growth and learning and reduces the isolation and burnout that often accompanies leadership.

  • Learning Networks for Capacity Building where we facilitate the experts in the room (you) to have deep discussions about leader and organizational health, student success, diversity and equity, operations, finance, and advocating for you community. If you don’t know how to do it someone else does or knows where to find the answers.

  • Impact Networks for Collective Momentum where leaders from across the cohorts cohort leaders often work together to increase access to high-quality schools for all students by working collectively to combine their talents on initiatives, share costs on products and services, collaborate on grants, or collectively transform state and local policy.
